The vibrating screen moves in a circular motion with multiple layers and high efficiency. It is manufactured with long material screen rifling and many screen specifications.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The motor makes the exciter swing rotate speedily through the tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. Under the influence of sieve box, the material are tossed forward successively on the mesh. They were classified as thrown up, and the particles smaller than the mesh size were sieved out when they are falling, so that the classification of material could be achieved.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES:

• The adoption of an intermediate bearing housing in the transmission part helps protect the motor
• Feed box is optional. The utilization of feed box can increase the effective screening area of screen and extend the life of screen’s feed end

• The tilt angle of the circular vibrating screen can be adjusting by changing the height of spring support seat
