Eddy Current Separator.

MAGWELL Industries is a trusted manufacturer of Eddy Current Separators designed to efficiently separate non-ferrous conductive metals. Operating throughout Chennai, Tamilnadu, and across India, our Eddy Current Separators provide exceptional performance in various industrial applications, helping businesses streamline their recycling and material recovery processes. As pioneers in Magnetic and Vibrating Equipment, we deliver cutting-edge solutions that cater to both local and national industries.

How the Eddy Current Separator Works

Our Eddy Current Separator system consists of a short belt conveyor. The ECS rotor, located at the discharge end of the conveyor, is constructed using a high-intensity rare earth magnet system housed inside a non-metallic rotor shell. When the rotor spins at high speeds, it induces eddy currents into conductive metals, generating a magnetic field that opposes that of the rotor. This repels non-ferrous metals like aluminum, copper, and brass, effectively separating them from non-metallic materials. The non-conductive materials free-fall over the rotor, ensuring clean separation.
